Goal

Improve Conversion Rate

While the client was in the process of upgrading their EMS, it was a great opportunity to investigate what could be improved upon to maximize conversions.

Solution

Analyzing metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and bounce rate can identify areas for improvement and suggest effective solutions. To do this, I conducted a thorough audit of current and past campaigns, searching for patterns and weaknesses that could be improved upon. Based on my findings, I then proposed a completely refreshed campaign flow with new automation strategies and designs.

Challenge

Create Re-Usable Templates

The client had been struggling with hard-to-use, off-brand email templates. They required a new template-based solution that was consistent with other brand materials and quick and easy to implement.

Solution

Create a master template that can be used for any email campaign or automation. This template should include content blocks that are necessary based on audits and competitive research. The template's branding should be consistent with the brand's other materials and have direct ties to their e-commerce website.
